Silver City is an open musebox set in the fictional city of that name, where shenanigans happen. Players are free to bring characters here for voice-testing or just general fun using the loose structure of a modern city flavored with comic book and video game rule-bending. Posts can be anything from a formal Victorian dinner party to giant monsters attacking buildings, with no restrictions on what type of characters they want to use. The setting is meant to be flexible for convenience with the city providing a loose framework to build from. Sudden shifts to jungles, underwater ocean bases, and outer space may occur at will, with the city defaulting to a normal urban scene otherwise.

Like the Silver Age of American comic books (or the Silver City of The NeverEnding Story), the rules of reality are flexible for RP purposes. If you want your alien invasions during public parades, lines of clones sharing one house, or time-travel escapades that let you ride a T-Rex, go for it. Like the label says, this box has no moral.
